Cancellation Policy
- $80.00 fee will be charged in the event you are unable to attend your appointment, unless you provide a 24 hours advanced notice (between Monday – Friday between 8am to 5 pm) prior to your appointment.
- $80.00 fee will be also be charged for late arrivals (10 minutes or more), missed appointments and appointments not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours (between Monday – Friday between 8am to 5 pm) prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Inclement Weather Policy
You may call or text (703) 242-4263 to check if we are open. Appointments canceled during inclement weather are not subject to cancellation fee.
